Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a mandatory authentication process to ensure the security of our clients’ accounts.
When you are registering a new account, you will go through the sign-up process and before you are able to fully access your account features, you will need to set up 2FA via an Authenticator app.
If you are an existing customer and have not enabled this feature yet, after your next login you will be asked to enable 2FA on your account.
To enable or disable 2FA, tap on ‘Settings’ and select the toggle to enable/disable the 2FA via the authenticator app of your preference.
If you no longer have access to the authenticator app and/or you are unable to obtain the OTP to login to your account, please send an email to support@cambistmarkets.com. Let our Support team know you do not have access to your account we will then go through a process to disable the 2FA in order for you to regain access.
