To cancel a withdrawal request on your account, go to the Withdraw section.
Find the withdrawal request that you wish to cancel.
Click on ‘Cancel’ on the far-right side of your withdrawal request. It is important to note that only withdrawal requests with a status of ‘Waiting Info’ or ‘Waiting Approval’ can be cancelled.
You will then be prompted to confirm if you would like to proceed with cancelling your withdrawal.
Once you click ‘Cancel withdrawal’, you will be notified that your cancellation was successful and your withdrawal is returned to your account wallet.
